RENTON, WA – A pedestrian was hit by a car and critically injured in a Renton intersection in the early morning hours on Saturday.
According to KIRO 7 News, the pedestrian was transported to Harborview Medical Center after being struck at the intersection of Rainier Avenue South and South Third Street.
Renton Police Department shared on Twitter that the accident occurred at around 3:34 a.m. The driver remained at the scene and did not show signs of impairment. The photos show rainy weather and wet road conditions.
