KING CO., WA – A compound bow owner is facing charges after a stray arrow struck a vehicle traveling near State Route 164 west and 196th Avenue Southeast on Wednesday, reported Washington State Patrol Trooper Rick Johnson on Twitter.
Johnson said the compound bow belonged to a nearby resident who accidentally shot a stray arrow that pierced the back window of a moving car on State Route 164 west and 196th Avenue Southeast in King County. Fortunately, no one in the vehicle was injured.
The bow owner will be charged with reckless endangerment. We will update this blog if more details become available.
