News: One person dead following multi-vehicle crash in Monroe

MONROE, WA – According to KING 5, a person lost their life in a multi-vehicle collision involving a semi-truck on S 2 near Fern Bluff Road Wednesday morning.

The wreck occurred around 9:30 a.m.

Following the collision, crews shut down the area to process the scene. It was reopened four and a half hours later.

The Washington State Patrol is investigating the incident.
