LYNNWOOD, WA — One person has died in a crash Monday night caused by a suspected DUI driver in Lynnwood, according to KIRO 7 News.
The fatal incident happened on Highway 99 just north of State Route 525 before midnight.
An unidentified passenger traveling in one of the cars was killed.
Washington State Patrol troopers arrested a driver they said is suspected to have been under the influence. The driver will be investigated for vehicular homicide.
Both lanes along Interstate 99 northbound were closed to aid in the investigation.
