KING COUNTY, WA — One person died Thursday morning after a two-vehicle crash that injured two others on East Valley Highway near south Kent, reports FOX13 Seattle.
Puget Sound Fire Department crews responded to the scene in the 27100 block of the highway, shortly before 4:00 a.m.
Authorities have not released details on the events leading up to the fatal wreck, but a section of the roadway between South 277th Street North and South 266th Street was shut down.
It was unclear when the scene was expected to clear.
An investigation into the cause of the crash was underway.
