PORT ORCHARD, WA — One person suffered injuries Wednesday evening when a pleasure craft caught fire at the Long Lake boat launch in Port Orchard, according to Kitsap Daily News.
South Kitsap Fire and Rescue were able to put the blaze out shortly after arriving on scene at 4351 Southeast Brook Street.
The individual hurt was on board the vessel when it became fully engulfed in fire along the boat dock.
A SKFR spokesperson said crews took the injured person to a regional trauma center. The injuries sustained have not been disclosed.
No other information on the incident has been reported.
