News: Officials close Old Hwy. 99 in Tenino due to semi-truck crash

TENINO, WA – Officials shut down Old Highway 99 between Tenino and Tilley Road due to a semi-truck crash on Monday, Fox13Seattle reports.

Just before 10:30 a.m., the Thurston County Sheriff’s Office announced that commuters could expect closures for several hours to allow crews to clean up debris from the crash and remove the impacted truck.

The events leading to the collision remain unclear, although a photo revealed that the truck caught on fire. That fire has been extinguished.

No injuries were reported at this time.
