News: Multi-vehicle crash involving dump truck reported on SR-9 in Clear Lake

SKAGIT COUNTY, WA — A dump truck was involved in a multi-vehicle wreck Wednesday morning that impacted a building off State Route 9 in north Clear Lake, according to KIRO 7 News.

Washington State Patrol troopers responded to the scene near the Francis Road and Old Day Creek Road roundabout.

An early investigation indicates the dump truck traveled off the roadway and came to rest in a yard. Authorities said a pickup truck may have been hit by the dump truck, sending it into a nearby detached garage. A passenger car also overturned in the crash, but it was not immediately clear how it was struck.

As of this writing, no serious injuries have been confirmed, and no further information has been made available.
