News: Motorcyclist killed in multi-car wreck on I-405 in Renton

RENTON, WA — A motorcyclist died Sunday evening as the result of a crash involving two separate vehicles on Interstate 405 in Renton, according to KIRO 7 News.

The Washington State Department of Transportation first reported the incident at Northeast 44th Street at 6:40 p.m.

All northbound lanes were impacted and traffic was directed to Northeast 44th Street.

It is not yet known what caused the collision or if other injuries were sustained.

An investigation is in progress.
