MONROE, WA — A motorcyclist was killed in a collision on a rural road near Monroe this weekend, reports KOMO News.
The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office describes the motorcyclist as a thirty-something male. His body was found along with a wrecked motorcycle along a rural roadway in the 15000 block of Old Snohomish-Monroe Road on Sunday morning. Authorities believe the fatal collision happened the previous evening.
Authorities suspect that a high speed played a part in the incident.
