PIERCE COUNTY, WA — A 53-year-old Bonney Lake woman died Saturday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on state Route 410 near downtown Buckley, according to The News Tribune.
The fatal crash took place in the westbound lanes of SR-410 near the intersection of 262nd Avenue at around I:00 p.m.
The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet when her bike rolled into a ditch. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Washington State Patrol later determined the cause of the crash to be speed, and found no drugs or alcohol involved in the accident.
