News: Motorcyclist dies following collision on Aurora Ave N

SEATTLE, WA – A motorcyclist died following a wreck on the 13om tje700 block of Aurora Ave N on Thursday, according to KOMO.

The 19-year-old male motorcyclist collided with another vehicle in the outermost bus lane at 4:47 p.m.

Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on the motorcyclist before pronouncing him dead a the scene. They also transported a female passenger in her 70s from the other vehicle to an area hospital with minor injuries. The other driver, also in their 70s, was not hurt in the collision.

Officials have not released the victims’s names.

The Seattle Police Department is investigating the incident. They urge anyone with information concerning the crash to contact them
