News: Motorcyclist critically injured after colliding with car in central Everett

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A motorcycle was hospitalized early Monday morning after a two-vehicle accident near Everett’s Port Gardner neighborhood, according to My Everett News.

The crash happened at the intersection of 41st Street and Colby Avenue and was first reported at 3:15 a.m.

Detectives with Everett Police Traffic Safety responded to the scene where the motorcyclist suffered critical, life-threatening injuries.

Photos captured at the scene show a sedan with considerable front-end damage and an overturned motorcycle that had been sent about half a block south of the intersection.

All lanes at the intersection were shut down and projected to remain closed during the investigation.
