SHELTON, WA – Mason County deputies booked a 39-year-old male motorcyclist into Mason County Jail following a pursuit-turned-collision on Monday.
The incident began with a pursuit reported around 1:30 a.m., Kiro7 reports. The motorcyclist was fleeing from deputies, pursued a turn, and crashed into a filed near U.S. 101.
Deputies arrested the man. During the investigation, deputies discovered he was operating his vehicle without a license and is a multi-convicted felon.
Deputies searched the man’s bike and found the following: a pound of meth, a half pound of fentanyl, as well as $2,100 in cash and a concealed gun.
No injuries or other occupants appeared to have been involved.
