News: Male pedestrian loses life to hit-and-run crash in Kent 

KENT, WA – A male pedestrian lost his life to a hit-and-run crash that happened on State Route 516 on Saturday night, according to Kiro7. 

The pedestrian was struck by a vehicle as he was either walking or standing on the eastbound lanes. The driver of that vehicle did not render aid or call 911 and immediately fled the scene. 

Washington State Patrol declared the pedestrian dead at the scene and shut down the area for three and a half hours for the scene clearance and investigation.
