News: I-5 southbound HOV lane near SR-18 interchange blocked following collision

SEATTLE, WA – According to the official traffic twitter of the Washington Department of Transportation, a southbound Interstate 5 HOV lane was closed on Thursday following a collision south of SR-18.

The accident and road closure was first reported at 6:25 p.m.

On I-5 southbound just south of SR 18 there is a collision blocking the HOV lane.

No further updates on whether the lane has been reopened or whether anyone was injured have been provided. This blog will be updated if more details are made available.
