PIERCE COUNTY, WA — Authorities continue to search for a driver whose vehicle hit a school bus last Thursday in southwest Buckley, reports KIRO 7 News.
The incident occurred in the area of Mundy Loss Road and 112th Street East, at around 3:50 p.m.
Few details have been disclosed, but the Buckley Police Department said a driver in a light-colored four-door sedan struck a school bus. The suspect vehicle then fled southbound on Mundy Loss Road without stopping.
Though children were aboard the bus at the time, no injuries were reported.
At this time, an investigation and search for the suspect remains in progress.
