SEATTLE, WA — West Precinct officers were called to a hit-and-run crash Friday afternoon in downtown Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood, according to the Seattle Police Department.
The incident occurred in the 100 block of Cedar Street, a few blocks southeast of Olympic Sculpture Park. Police dispatchers first received the call at 3:10 p.m.
Few details have been released at this time, but the SPD listed the event as a motor vehicle collision involving a truck. Authorities have not yet released a description of the fleeing vehicle.
The condition of the victim and the extent of property damage remain unclear.
