SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A vehicle wreck early Friday afternoon caused delays on northbound Interstate 5 in northeast Lynnwood, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The collision took place at Exit 182 to Interstate 405 and was first reported by WSDOT at 12:05 p.m.
It was unclear what led up to the accident, but the right norhtbound lane of I-5 was closed in the immediate aftermath. Shortly after, local firefighters and Washington State Patrol troopers arrived on the scene, leaving the ramp blocked. Motorists were warned of delays impacting the area.

By 12:23 p.m., about 18 minutes after the initial report, crews had cleared the scene from the roadway and all lanes were announced reopened.
While footage captured at the scene shows at least one fire engine responding, authorities have not confirmed any major injuries or hospital transports.
