News: Fiery multi-car accident causes serious injuries in Federal Way

FEDERAL WAY, WA — A fiery multi-car accident on I-5 and 375th Street led to three people being airlifted to the hospital Monday night. A driver suspected to be under the influence was driving recklessly and made an improper lane change that caused the accident, according to KOMO News.

First responders were at the scene by approximately 7:30 p.m., and the elderly couple in the second car were airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. A third person did not sustain any injuries. 

The driver responsible for the accident was also airlifted to Harborview. He faces several charges upon his release from the hospital.
