News: Fatal crash reported in residential yard in Renton

RENTON, WA – A passenger vehicle crashed into a residential yard in Cascade-Fairwood and caught fire Tuesday evening, killing its driver.

According to King 5, the incident happened near 126th Avenue and SE Petrovitsky Road at about 10:30 p.m., when a car flipped onto a retaining wall and an unoccupied motor home.

Renton police tweeted that speed might have been a factor in the crash. The driver was the sole occupant of the car. No other injuries are reported with this accident.
