News: Everett building damage in crash caused medical episode 

EVERETT, WA – A driver was suspected of suffering a medical episode, which led to a collision that damaged a building on Wednesday, Kiro7 reports.

The driver was driving a truck when they lost control of their vehicle and crashed into a building off eastbound Hewitt Avenue and Maple Street. Despite the nature of the collision, the building was only left with minor damage.

The driver was taken to the hospital for medical evaluation. Their current physical condition was not reported.

Authorities shut down eastbound Hewitt Avenue for the scene clean-up process and later reopened at least one lane to accommodate the flow of traffic.
