News: EMS responds to accident on I-405 SB in Bothell

KING COUNTY, WA — Medics were called to a crash early Friday afternoon on Interstate 405 near northeast Bothell, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

The collision occurred on the southbound lanes, just north of Exit 24 to Northeast 195th Street. It was first reported by the WSDOT shortly before 12:21 p.m.

No details on the circumstances behind the event have been shared, but a toll lane and a left lane were blocked as EMS crews responded to the scene.

By 12:47 p.m., the scene had been cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
