KIRKLAND, WA – According to WSDOT Traffic, first responders were called to the scene of an accident on I-405 NB near NE 70th Pl on Wednesday.
Update 4:11 PM : On I-405 northbound just south of NE 70th Pl (MP 17) there is a collision blocking the right lane.
