TACOMA, WA – According to WSDOT Tacoma, first responders were called to a wreck on northbound Interstate 5 near Portland Avenue East on Friday.
Collision on I-5 NB at MP 134.87 near Portland Ave E beginning at 4:59 pm on Sept. 12, 2025 until further notice. The right lane is blocked.

The incident was reported to authorities at 4:59 p.m. The crash blocked the right lane.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
