KING COUNTY, WA — A dump truck accident Thursday morning downed multiple utility poles near Newcastle Beach Park in south Bellevue, according to Q13 Fox.
The incident occurred on Lake Washington Boulevard between the Newcastle Park and Ride and Southeast 60th Street, shortly before 10:00 a.m.
It is not immediately clear what led up to the crash. However, motorists were advised to seek an alternate route around the area.
Crews worked to clear the roadway and restore phone service in the area.
By 10:30 a.m., the road was reopened to traffic.
