News: Driver injured after officer-involved crash in Renton

RENTON, WA – Deputies in King County responded to an officer-involved collision with at least one injury Monday afternoon.

According to KOMO, the accident occurred at about 4 p.m. at the intersection of Airport Way and Ranier Ave. when the officer was en route to another incident and collided with another vehicle.

The driver of the passenger vehicle sustained minor injuries in the crash. The officer was unhurt.

The circumstances leading up to the collision remain unclear at this time.
