SEATTLE, WA – A tractor-trailer driver was left with minor injuries as a result of a collision that occurred on I-5 South near the Mercer Street exit Saturday.
Kiro7 first reported the crash at 7:15 p.m., saying that the force of the collision caused several boxes of beef jerky to fall from the truck and scatter all over the interstate’s express lanes.
While no lane closures were reported, delays lingered as crews likely took their time to clean up debris from the collision.
Seattle police are actively working to determine the exact cause of the collision and have not
announced any charges.
