ISSAQUAH, WA – A driver was hurt in a big rig collision that occurred before 6 a.m. Wednesday near Tiger Mountain, according to Kiro7.
The big rig driver drifted off westbound SR-18 and crashed into a tree and a ditch. The driver sustained a bump to their head and other minor injuries. EMS crews took the motorist to a hospital.
Officials shut down SR-18 in both directions temporarily to accommodate the flow of traffic. By 7:38 a.m., officials shut down the right lane of the highway and told drivers to anticipate delays as the scene clean-up process and investigation continued.
