SEATTLE, WA – A driver struck a pedestrian at Rainier Avenue South and South State Street on Sunday, according to KIRO 7.
The driver hit the pedestrian outside of a marked crosswalk around 1:30 p.m.
Following the collision, the driver remained at the scene.
