KIRKLAND, WA – According to KIRO 7, a driver fled the scene after they ran over a trooper’s foot on I-405 SB near NE 70th Pl on Thursday.
The trooper was conducting a traffic stop when a person driving a Toyota RAV 4 ran over their foot as they were coming back to their patrol car. around 10:15 p.m.
The trooper suffered bruising, pulled muscles, and a sprained foot.
Authorities urge anyone with information concerning the incident to contact them.
