SEATTLE, WA – According to KOMO, a driver died in a head-on collision on the 2800 block of Thorndyke Avenue West on Monday.
A 70-year-old man was driving a red Toyota south when he crossed into the northbound lanes and collided head-on with an oncoming gray Jeep operated by a 25-year-old woman around 6:15 p.m.
First responders pronounced the man dead at the scene. They treated and released the woman driver.
Authorities determined the woman driver was not impaired.
