SEATTLE, WA – A driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI after a crash on I-90 East on Tuesday morning, Kiro7 reports.
The driver crashed into a barrier near Edgar Martinez Drive. Washington State Patrol arrested them for suspicion of DUI and vehicular assault.
No injuries were reported for the driver, but their passenger was sent to the hospital for unspecified injuries.
Authorities blocked one lane to accommodate the scene clearance and investigation.
During the closures, drivers were asked to use the left lane.
Officials did not release the driver’s name.
