TACOMA, WA – Authorities arrested a driver they believe caused a deadly crash on S Orchard St near S 48th St on Wednesday, according to FOX 13.
A driver was heading north on S Orchard St when they tried to pass the vehicle in front of him and slammed into a southbound vehicle around 1:56 p.m.
The southbound driver died in the wreck.
Authorities arrested the surviving driver. They believe he was speeding and impaired
Crews shut down the area to process the scene. It has since reopened.
