News: Driver arrested after pursuit-turned-collision in Kent 

KENT, WA – A driver was arrested after a pursuit-turned-collision in Kent on Friday, Kiro7 reports. 

The incident unfolded when the Washington State Patrol tried to conduct a traffic stop on a driver who was speeding on I-5. The driver refused to listen and continued driving on the southbound I-5. 

A pursuit was initiated, and it ended when the driver lost control of their car and crashed into a second vehicle near South 272nd Street. 

WSP arrested the driver. 

No injuries were reported for the fleeing driver or the other motorist. 

No charges appeared to have been filed against the driver.
