News: Cyclist hospitalized after hit-and-run along Seattle’s Cal Anderson Park 

SEATTLE, WA – A female cyclist had to go to the hospital as a result of a hit-and-run collision that occurred along Cal Anderson Park on Thursday. 

The 30-year-old cyclist, who was riding an On Lime Uber bike, was traveling south on Broadway when she was hit, according to Seattle Police. The driver did not provide aid and immediately fled the scene. Police, fire, and EMS crews responded to the scene around 8:30 p.m. 

Medics provided the cyclist with medical attention prior to transporting her to Harborview Medical Center for treatment of her serious leg injury. She appears to be in stable condition. 

Police are actively working to determine what the suspect and their vehicle looked like. Anyone with more information is asked to contact the police at the phone number listed in the initial source.
