News: Cyclist hospitalized after crash involving car on Maple Valley Hwy in Renton

KING COUNTY, WA — A woman was critically injured Thursday night when she was involved in a crash with a vehicle while riding a bicycle in Renton, according to FOX 13 Seattle.

The incident took place in the area of 1715 Maple Valley Highway, off Houser Way North and east of Liberty Park. It was first reported by FOX 13 at 11:08 p.m.

Local agencies have not disclosed the circumstances of the event, but first responders rushed the female cyclist to a local hospital with critical injuries.

The driver stayed behind at the scene and cooperated with responding officers.
