News: Crews respond to crash on I-405 NB near south Bellevue

KING COUNTY, WA — A vehicle collision Thursday morning was blocking the right lane on Interstate 405 northbound near the Factoria neighborhood in south Bellevue, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

On I-405 northbound just north of Coal Creek Pkwy SE there is a collision blocking the right lane.

The incident happened in the northbound lanes of I-405 just past Coal Creek Parkway Southeast and was reported by WSDOT at 7:45 a.m.

Traffic footage taken at the scene shows multiple emergency vehicles blocking the right lane. It was not immediately clear how many vehicles were involved in the accident.

Shortly after 8:00 a.m., the lane was reported cleared.

No further updates have been shared on the cause of the crash or any injuries sustained.
