News: Crews respond to crash on California Ave SW in west Seattle

SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident was reported early Tuesday afternoon on California Avenue Southwest in west Seattle’s North Admiral neighborhood, according to West Seattle Blog.

The collision occurred on the northbound lanes at Southwest Hanford Street, near West Seattle High School. It was first reported at 12:26 p.m.

It was not immediately clear what caused the wreck or how many vehicles were involved, but a photo captured at the scene shows at least one fire truck responding.

The entire northbound road was blocked during the response but was reopened by 12:48 p.m.

As of this writing, no significant injuries have been reported.
