SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident Thursday afternoon closed an Interstate 5 southbound onramp near the Haller Lake neighborhood in north Seattle, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
On the I-5 southbound on-ramp from NE 130th St there is a collision blocking the ramp.
