SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident Thursday morning blocked an Interstate 5 entrance ramp near Freeway Park in downtown Seattle, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The collision occurred on the onramp from University Street to I-5 northbound. It was first reported by WSDOT at 8:55 a.m.
