SKAGIT COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident Thursday morning closed a left lane in both directions on State Route 20 near Mount Vernon, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
Update 9:45 AM : On SR 20 eastbound & westbound at La Conner-Whiteney Rd there is a collision blocking the left lane.
