SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle crash Monday morning partially blocked an Interstate 5 exit ramp near downtown Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident happened on the collector-distributor offramp from I-5 northbound to Madison Street. It was first reported by WSDOT at 9:55 a.m.
On the I-5 northbound collector-distributor off-ramp to Madison St there is a collision partially blocking the ramp.
