SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A vehicle crash Tuesday morning blocked an HOV lane on Interstate 5 near Lowell Park in south Everett, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.
The accident occurred on the southbound lanes just south of 41st Street. It was first reported by WSDOT at 8:40 a.m.
