News: Collision closes lane on I-5 NB near Lynnwood’s Alderwood area

SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA — A vehicle crash Wednesday evening blocked a right lane on Interstate 5 near Alderwood Mall in Lynnwood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident happened on the northbound interstate approaching I-405. It was first reported by WSDOT at 6:15 p.m.

On I-5 northbound at I-405 there is a collision blocking the right lane.

Authorities have not confirmed any injuries at this time, and no further updates have been released on the circumstances leading up to the crash.
