News: Collision closes lane on I-5 NB Express near Capitol Hill

SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon blocked a right lane on the Interstate 5 Express near Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The accident happened on the northbound lanes just north of Mercer Street. It was first reported by WSDOT at 3:40 p.m.

On the I-5 northbound express lanes just north of Mercer St there is a collision blocking the right lane.
