News: Collision closes lane on I-5 Express near Seattle’s Capitol Hill

SEATTLE, WA — A vehicle accident Thursday morning blocked a right lane on Interstate 5 Express near Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood, according to Washington State Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred on the southbound express lanes just before the exit to Mercer Street. It was first reported by WSDOT at 6:50 a.m.

On the I-5 southbound express lanes just north of Mercer St there is a collision blocking the right lane.
