News: Collision closes lane on I-405 SB near Coal Creek

KING COUNTY, WA — A vehicle accident Wednesday morning blocked an HOV lane on Interstate 405 near Coal Creek in south Bellevue, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Update 11:41 AM : On I-405 southbound just south of Coal Creek Pkwy there is a collision blocking the HOV lane.

The crash occurred on the southbound lanes of the interstate just south of Coal Creek Parkway in the city’s Newport Shores neighborhood. It was first reported by WSDOT at 11:45 a.m.

No other updates have been released regarding the vehicles involved or any injuries sustained.
