News: Collision blocks lane on I-405 at NE 8th St.

BELLEVUE, WA – A collision along I-405 forced troopers to block at least one lane during Thursday morning’s rush-hour traffic.

According to a tweet by Washington State DoT, the accident took place at about 8 a.m. within the southbound lanes of the interstate, south of the exit to Northeast 8th Street.

On I-405 southbound just south of NE 8th St there is a collision blocking the right lane.

It is unclear if anyone was hurt as a result of the crash. However, the far-right lane was blocked for about 15 minutes while troopers worked to clear the scene. All lanes have since been reopened.
