SEATTLE, WA – A collision is blocking the general purpose lanes on I-405 Southbound this afternoon.
According to the Washington State Department of Transportation, the collision occurred at NE 195th Street, just before 3 p.m.
Initially just the right two lanes were blocked. However, after authorities responded, all general purpose lanes were blocked.

The WSDOT announced on their Twitter feed soon after the accident that the Express Lanes are now open to all traffic.
